2. Expedition Bookings

All expedition bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. A deposit is required to secure your booking, with full payment due according to our payment schedule. Prices are subject to change until booking is confirmed.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellations made more than 90 days before departure receive a full refund minus a $500 processing fee. Cancellations made 60-90 days before departure receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made less than 60 days before departure are non-refundable unless we can resell your spot.

4. Travel Requirements

Travelers are responsible for obtaining necessary visas, vaccinations, and travel documents. We provide guidance but cannot guarantee entry to any destination. Travel insurance is strongly recommended.

5. Limitation of Liability

Travel Expeditions liability is limited to the cost of the expedition. We are not responsible for delays, cancellations, or changes due to weather, political situations, or force majeure events.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and take effect immediately upon posting.
